Twin Vision was commissioned by Liverpool City Council to produce a film to promote the Independent Travel Training Programme to young people with special educational needs and disabilities in Liverpool. The film presents the journeys of 3 young people who have been through the program and reflect their experiences and how independent travel has transformed their lives.
